Mr. Malek El Sayed holds an LLB (Bachelor) in Lebanese Law and an LLM (Masters DEA) in Private and Corporate Law from Saint Joseph University (USJ), Beirut-Lebanon, as well as an Executive MBA from the Ecole Superieure des Affaires-European school of Management (ESA), an Executive MBA from ESCP-EAP in Paris-France, and a Diploma in Mediation and Negotiation Technique from IFOMENE- Institut Catholique de Paris.
He holds as well a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School, Massachusetts-USA.

Mr.Malek El Sayed has a broad professional experience as a Legal Advisor on the national, regional, and international level. His expertise covers corporate and banking law and international trade, as well as Arbitration. He has provided legal advising to various international corporations and banks, and his firm has affiliations with several First Class international law firms in the Arab World, Europe, and the Americas.

Mr.Malek El Sayed is experienced in advising multinational corporations operating from the Middle East and Europe. He has performed hundreds of legal consultancies and hadled hundres of cases in financial, banking, and corporate legal services, and also performed several legal consultancies and research in corporate law.

Mr.Malek El Sayed is a member of the Beirut Law Bar, American Bar Association , International Trademark Association, International Lawyers Union (UIA) in addition to that he is an active member of the Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP), the Licensing Executive Society-Arab Countries (LES-AC).
