Prime Consulting Group began under the name of Malek El-Sayed law firm in 1998 with a handful of lawyers operating throughout Lebanon& GCC, with correspondents in Europe and North America. In 2008, a merger introduced new strategic partners to the firm, and a new branch of the group opened under Prime Consulting (LLC) in The Sultanate of Oman in 2009, in Portugal in 2012, in France in 2014, in the Maldives in 2016, in Qatar in 2018, in Cyprus in 2019 and in Abu Dhabi-UAE in 2020.
